Before there was bisy B, there was BritttheBaker—a kitchen covered in flour, frosting, and too much sugar. Baking was my first love, and it taught me that food has the power to bring people together. Over time, I realized sugar alone wasn’t the sweet life—I wanted to nourish myself, my family, and my community with food that feels as good as it tastes. That spark grew into what bisy B is today: a trusted local kitchen serving comfort food with a conscious twist.
